Individual fresh ripen at home Avocado. A good source of vitamins and minerals especially Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K and Potassium. A ripe avocado has flesh that gives slightly if squeezed gently. To ripen put in a brown paper bag with a banana and keep out of the fridge. Add to salads or make your own guacamole, it can also be used as a healthy alternative to butter. All our produce is sourced from a local wholesaler and where possible is grown in the UK. All fruit and vegetables are sourced from our suppliers as close to delivery as possible to ensure you receive the freshest produce.
