Christmas 2020 Delivery Days
Please check for any changes to your delivery day for all deliveries between 21 December to 2 January:
We are still receiving in high number of messages, so it may take a while to respond to you. Please keep checking our Facebook page and the website for updates that may answer your query.
If you would like a regular delivery just click on the 'subscribe' button that appears in the bottom right hand corner and complete the form. Payment is by standing order every 4 weeks.
We will deliver orders over £7.50 directly to your door for free if you have a Leeds postcode.
We will aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, orders will be allocated to a delivery day on a first come first served basis. If you don’t want your order immediately please indicate in the order notes. You can see the delivery days for each area below:
Most orders will fall into the delivery route below, any exceptions will still be delivered to you within 7 days.
When you add items to your basket you have the option to include a ‘Note to Pickers’ with any allergies / exclusions / preferences you might have. Preferences we will try to meet according to current stock.
When you checkout, you will need to create an account with your full address so that we can ensure that your address is in our delivery range. Currently we only deliver in the Leeds post code area. If you experience any problem when entering your address, please let us know by email email@example.com or calling or text messaging 07391 971275.
Once we have verified that we can deliver to your address, we will request an authorisation from your credit or debit card using the trusted and secure payment gateway of PayPal, please note we will not take any payment from you until after your delivery is made. This is so we can ensure that we only take payment for the products that we deliver to you, as some products will not always be available, substitutions could differ in price and exact weights of the produce will not be known until the delivery day. Where we provide a substitute product we will try to insure it is cheaper where possible, the driver will inform you of any substitutions so you can decide if you want to keep them.
The driver will allow you to check all the products that are delivered to ensure that you are happy with the quality and freshness of the products, the weights we have provided and the substitutions. If you are unhappy with any products just return them to the driver and these will be removed from your bill.
Only at this stage when we are sure you are happy with all the products we have delivered to you and we are sure of the exact weights & possible substitutions, will we will capture the payment and email you your final receipt.
