Fresh Parsnips. A great source of a variety of vitamins and minerals including Pantothenic acid (B5), Folate (B9), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Manganese and Phosphorus. Whilst they are normally roasted, they can also be boiled or fried and can be used in stews, soups, and casseroles. All our produce is sourced from a local wholesaler and where possible is grown in the UK. All fruit and vegetables are sourced from our suppliers as close to delivery as possible to ensure you receive the freshest produce.
