Sweet Potato 500g. Sweet Potatoes are high in carbohydrates, but also a great source of vitamins A, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), B6, C, Manganese and Potassium. Like potatoes you can fry, boil, bake, roast and mash, but they cook a lot quicker and as the name suggests they taste a lot sweeter. All our produce is sourced from a local wholesaler and where possible is grown in the UK.
